Here is a rough preview. It's not even a months worth of progress. [Clickety Click]
I have a rough understanding of 3D concepts due to school and OG help from Nobby on teaching me basic concepts back in the day. I'm learning something new every time I work on the mod
I'm a beta tester as well. In addition to beta testing I'm making my first car mod. An Acura Integra Type R with a JDM front end conversion (what I drive in irl haha)
Would love to hear some news on it. I saw that it had moved to turbo duck but couldn't really find info.. Its alive? Any info would be interesting, Audrey thanks!
Yooo it’s been a phat minute. Hope y’all are doin good. Saw that test drive is makin a comeback which is so dope. Cant wait to see what they come up with

Gave this a go in the Ariel Atom 500 lvl 4
Had a pretty good run but made a few costly mistakes. Would highly recommend using the Atom 500 for this. It has great grip on some of the fast sweeping corners and if you drive it right you can drift it real nice round some of the tighter bends, shame about the top end speed though as you can be at max speed on some of the longer runs for quite a while. Think this can be done in under 30 mins with a good run.
Liked this challenge Nobby, it was fun and great for a quick drive.
Glad you enjoyed it I find if you can get past the first couple of checkpoints without dying horribly, then you are on to a winner.
Also pure luck as i picked a random start point but i love how as soon as you leave that courtyard you enter into the tunnel so you get all those lovely engine noises echoing. if you dont change out of 2nd gear in the courtyard, then you floor it as soon as you enter the tunnel you get a wonderful echo'y scream from the Zonda as you climb through 2nd to 5th. I restarted the challenge 5 times in a row just to hear that noise
I Agree about getting under 30 mins. i reckon in a zonda or equal car, due to its top end speed, if you did a flawless run you could get it down to about 27 mins.
To keep me "alive" after early shift i drive a triple on the track.
At first to get to know the track i drove the Ford Mustang GT dressed as the Mercedes-Benz 190 E Evolution II. The automatic works very bad on the Mustang. Several times i had to brake extra, to get in a better gear after slowing down.
Here's the time:
Ford Mustang GT (Mod: Mercedes-Benz 190 E Evolution II), Lvl4, 38:16"08 min.
The 2nd lap was a "gift" to my Nissan GT-R for hanging on over 10.000 km. The lap was surprisingly good, although i had several mistakes, which cost enough time.
Here's the time:
Nissan GT-R "Japanese Culture", Lvl4, 33:23"94 min.
Last lap (for this afternoon) was with Ariel Atom 500. I wanted to know what i'm capable of with this car on this track. On the first third of the lap (up to CP5 and CP6) i lost nearly 40 seconds to Bud's referencetime. In the 2nd third i lost some and won some seconds. But in 3rd third astonishingly i won back the hole lag, and at CP16 on i was in front with 3 seconds, although i made several mistakes. Then i lost again 4 seconds, cause i spinned in a corner after braking to hard. But on CP18 i was in front again with 16 seconds. At the end of the race i had 8 seconds advance left, after being a bit cofused while searching the finish. !lol (Same confusion at the start while searching for the road. I had to restart with every car, and with the GT-R 4-times.)
Here's the last laptime:
Ariel Atom 500, Lvl4, 32:08"24 min.
I think without mistakes a laptime around the 30-minute-mark is possible with the Ariel.
Bottom Line: The track is very nice made. Beautiful mix of long fast straights and curvy hillroads. You would get an A1 or 1+ if we had a profil-reputation here.
seems nearly everyone followed the WRONG challenge hahah i originally posted the challenge but realised i had accidentally put an entry fee on it. so i reposted it without the fee ( and thats the filter settings i posted as well) but you all went for the other version that you had to pay to enter...
Note in the info pics it does say entry fee $0 reward $0
So well done to every one thats been taking part so far. but those are not the times i will be posting in here as thats not the challenge i advertised i will take the fastest time that we have for either this go around ( which is currently rubberduck's time) but that version will not get uploaded again after it has expired, ill only upload the free version.
you know exactly how to take screenshots. you have taken part in pic of the month before. if you couldnt take screen shots how did you manage to do that??
@LilLightnin yeah you was the only one to take part in the correct challenge

Via steam, but I don't want to use the Universal Launcher
You don't need to use the universal-launcher for taking screenshots. Just run fraps when you play the game. Then you can take screenshots everytime you want in the game.
Now i finished my first lap of the correct challenge.
The car of choice was StarGT's awesome Hennessey-Mod, but therefore you have to drive a Bugatti.
So too many spins and too many traffic-contacts prevent a good time. The AI is sometimes so damn stupid, that you're not having a chance in hell to avoid crashes (e. g. you smoothly are cruising with over 400 km/h and a minicar apears out of nowhere and crosses the street right in front of you. Consequence is picking flowers "half a mile" away from the road.)
But no hard feelings, here's the time:
Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport 16.4 (Mod: Hennessey Venom GT), Lvl4, 31:43"19 min.
I hope i have enough time tomorrow to repeat the 3 previously driven laps.
