Here is a rough preview. It's not even a months worth of progress. [Clickety Click]
I have a rough understanding of 3D concepts due to school and OG help from Nobby on teaching me basic concepts back in the day. I'm learning something new every time I work on the mod
I'm a beta tester as well. In addition to beta testing I'm making my first car mod. An Acura Integra Type R with a JDM front end conversion (what I drive in irl haha)
Would love to hear some news on it. I saw that it had moved to turbo duck but couldn't really find info.. Its alive? Any info would be interesting, Audrey thanks!
Yooo it’s been a phat minute. Hope y’all are doin good. Saw that test drive is makin a comeback which is so dope. Cant wait to see what they come up with

Is it possible to place an RGB color from the internet to TDU2? I know it's possible since you have the paint your car any color option in the sticker shop, right? I just wanted to know how do you do it. I have seen YouTube videos of peoples unpaintable cars with insane RGB colors.
Also, how do you paint the Pagani Zonda Cinque in one single color? For example the picture down below.

For single-color (not bi-color), full-body (you could do specific parts of the cars as well, but it's gonna be harder) RGB paints, all you have to do is get your car's skin using TextMod, and fill it with the specific RGB color you want to use. Then "patch" your new skin into the game, use Matte or Glossy, single-color paint, and use a similar color paint underneath (So that when the skin isn't loaded on others' computers it would display Ok)...
If you want to replicate Ferrari's paint however... That would require some tough HEX editing...

This guy on PS3 was able to paint his Pagani Zonda Cinque in all white, tried contacting him a few times no response. I provided a link below to see what I'm talking about.
@XENGS: Yeah, I wanted to replicate "Azzurro California" since Atari failed to add that nice Ferrari blue color.
@Asg16_2: I'm talking about the paint option at the sticker shop. Is it possible to put those custom colors on unpaintable cars? We're on consoles so it's harder for us. I'm guessing we have to modify the sticker save file.

I'm fairly sure that paintshop-colored cars use the same algorith as HTML uses for coloring objects on a webpage. A friend and I were talking about it awhile ago on PSN. 1. Buy a cheap car that is paintable, upgrade it to level 4 if desired (the final car will have level 4 tuning if you do this step) 2. Go to the paint shop and color it the color you want on the final car (blue, green, etc (with paint, not stickers) 3. Now go and hex edit in the car that you want (follow ASG's car swap tutorial, it's here somewhere in the console modding section) 4. Re-encrypt, copy to your PS3, and you should have your custom-painted car
