I have a rough understanding of 3D concepts due to school and OG help from Nobby on teaching me basic concepts back in the day. I'm learning something new every time I work on the mod
I'm a beta tester as well. In addition to beta testing I'm making my first car mod. An Acura Integra Type R with a JDM front end conversion (what I drive in irl haha)

I tried to help you on TeamViewer (but idk if you were even there...) so uh, best bet is to just format your PS3 and install TDU2, then try again. That's your only hope at this point. Oh by the way, your file that I modded for you has all TPMI mods installed. So, have fun, if you can get it to work! Spewfr

So now I formatted PS3, installed TDU2. This time there wasn't any command errors when adding, but when I check archive files in backup they are different from original. So it didn't work again? </div>

No all is good... Those .bak files are just backup's of the original files that were modified by TPMI. or any hex editor. Don't worry it's safe to restore you're PS3 with those files still there.
HEHE it always amazes me how some one who cannot get something to work, when told how to make it work, is suddenly surprised that it does..
We know it works. it wouldnt have been posted otherwise
I get this a lot with some of the TDU2 pc modding videos i did back in the day. people posting things like "Fake" or "Lies" or a plain and simple " It doesnt work" then all of a sudden they get it working and they are all "OMG!!!!!! THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!!" Yes we know it works thats why we posted about it

Edit: Actually, ASG, the .bak files are created by ps3xport, which is part of tdu2xport, not TPMI or TPSE

In addition of TPMI cheats (Free Teleport, Game Designer, Invincible Bike Rider, All Roads Unlocked) I also tried to edit other settings in TDU2DLC2v027.big file. Some of them successfully some not. I found it's possible to change traffic density or switch it off completely:

By default the game spawns 12 vehicles - 8 as traffic, 4 as parked. But you can spawn up to 16 traffic cars if there isn't parked vehicles in the area. You can also edit police density, AI opponent difficulty or force to spawn only a particular AI car model.

On the other hand in the Physics section I noticed settings "GrassAsTarmac", tried to get it working in many different ways (in combo with switching Physics Tread off and Use New Dynamics - 0 and without it) but there was no changes in the game whatsoever when backup was restored.

Unfortunately in this file I was not able to find any settings about changing car damage, I would happily get rid of it.
In the car section, there are grass and dirt damping parameters but I didn't feel confident to mess up with that.
