Its more of a joke, so many people get pulled over and everyone pays the ticket, so more money for local police. I'm just more surprised how many people STILL speed even after so many people have been pulled over for the same speed they decide to drive. It is teenage drivers. By nature, most of them (that I know) drive fast.
if they are" funding the cops" then i presume that means they got fined for something. if they got fined for something then they must have done something to warrant getting the ticket. Which means its not the cops you should be blaming, its the kids who did something wrong.. Also if there wasnt a problem in that area cops wouldnt need to be posted there, if they are parked there its coz they know they will catch someone doing something wrong.. And they have.
Damn, the cops love that strip right by my school. Instead of by where I got caught, they sat IN AN OPEN FIELD without lights on and pulled over 6 people from my school yesterday morning. Its like my school indirectly funds Metro Police Department.
Woo. looks like either next week or the week after im gonna be buying the upgrade parts for my PC finally.. Im actually gonna go with one of the 2 bundles is posted about a few weeks ago, its this one.. [Clickety Click] I was originally gonna go with the i7 but there is no real point. The i5 is a 4.2 quadcore, the i7 is a 4.4 quadcore. the onl ymain difference is the i7 has hyper threading. and almost no games make use of that. and these days neither are the gfx apps. so i might as well save myself the money.
So its gonna be that bundle, but im gonna get the 16gb ram. and a 120gb solid state as the boot drive (less that £50 now) the rest of the drives and the gfx card i can take from this computer.
And remember, if you can, dont put TDU on your system drive, if you have a secondary drive, put it on that. That will remove any need to mess with UAC (user account control)
all my games are on E:drive, ive never had to mess with UAC at all. In fact everything apart from Windows itself and any things that MUST be installed on your system drive (like fonts, DLL's and the such) is installed on different drives. Ive not had to turn UAC on or off since vista was launched..
